Do you want to study in Mainz long-term and earn a degree at JGU? First, check whether or not you have to apply as an international applicant. Even without German citizenship, you may not have to apply as an international applicant if one of the following applies to you:
You are a citizen of one of the EU member states or EEA countries.
You have a German Abitur or German university degree.
You have a European Baccalaureate and your grade has been officially converted to the JGU system.
If you are applying with international certificates, you will require a certificate of recognition which confirms your university entrance qualification for JGU and includes a conversion of the grades you have earned into the system used at JGU.
