The final exhibition, in which candidates present their artistic work, marks the culmination of the Meisterschüler programme. Viewing this exhibition constitutes the final examination of the programme. Applications for admission to the final examination must be submitted in writing to the chair of the examination board.
The application must include the following documents:
– A confirmation from the studio class supervisor that the objectives agreed at the beginning of the programme have been met.
– A written declaration that the final exhibition was produced independently.
– A proposed date for the viewing.
For the final examination, the examination board appoints the supervising studio class instructor as the examiner. The examining instructor will appoint a panel of assessors. Assessors must hold at least the qualification awarded by the final examination or an equivalent qualification.
